Our whistleblower system offers you a secure way to report possible violations confidentially and anonymously if you wish.

 

Why a whistleblower system?

Whether it's criminal incidents, environmental risks or breaches of our corporate values - such issues must not be swept under the carpet. Your information helps us to identify problems at an early stage and react appropriately.

BeeWaTec provides a reporting system that meets the requirements of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and reliably protects you as a whistleblower.

 

Your safety comes first

We take all information seriously - and guarantee you the following rights when using the system:

🛡️ Confidentiality of your identity
Your personal data is strictly protected and will only be passed on with your consent.

📩 Transparent feedback
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your report within 7 days. We will inform you of the result of the review after 3 months at the latest - insofar as this is legally possible.

🚫 Protection against discrimination
As a whistleblower, you must not fear any disadvantages. The law prohibits any form of reprisal, such as dismissal or warnings.

Legally compliant processing
Our processes comply with the legal requirements and all reports are processed by trained, independent persons.

 

What can be reported?

Our whistleblower system is aimed at all employees and external persons (e.g. service providers, suppliers) who become aware of critical incidents in a professional context. In particular, the following can be reported

  • Legal violations (e.g. fraud, corruption, data protection violations)

  • Violations of environmental and human rights standards

  • Misconduct within the company (e.g. bullying, discrimination, abuse of power)

  • Violations of the duty of care in supply chains

Please describe the situation as precisely as possible so that a proper assessment can be carried out.

You submit your report via one of the channels listed below - anonymously or by name.

2. confirmation & verification

We will confirm receipt of your report and initiate a legally sound investigation.

3. feedback & further steps

You will receive feedback on the result - provided there are no legal obstacles.

4. confidential treatment

The entire process is strictly confidential. Processing is carried out by external specialists who are bound to secrecy.
