100% On-Premises
On-premises as the standard—no cloud mandate, no dependence on the U.S., no vendor lock-in via external infrastructure.
Peakboard is the low-code and AI platform for digitizing production and logistics processes. Ready-made application templates, over 100 native connectors, and a device-based pricing model reduce costs and IT overhead. Applications can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements without any programming knowledge and without time-consuming IT projects. They run directly at the workplace and combine real-time data from machines, sensors, and IT systems with genuine interaction—from reporting a malfunction to actively controlling processes.
Peakboard thus not only visualizes data but also enables its direct use and processing in day-to-day work.
SPECIFIC USE CASES CUSTOMER CASE STUDIES

The low-code editor where industrial applications are created— via drag-and-drop or AI prompts through Peakbot. Data sources such as SAP, SQL, REST, or OPC UA are centrally connected and processed in real time within data flows. The result is applications that are clickable, responsive, and built for daily operations—not just for display. Free to use on Windows without an account.
Compact industrial mini-PC that runs applications directly at the workplace and communicates with machines, sensors, and other data sources—without a central server and without requiring cloud connectivity. Each box operates independently: If one fails, the others continue torun uninterrupted. Rugged housing for continuous use in harsh industrial environments; access rights and firewall rules can be customized.
Run Peakboard on your own hardware (“Bring Your Own Device”)—without being tied to a dedicated Peakboard Box. The same applications run on existing infrastructure—such as industrial PCs, virtual machines, or panel PCs directly at the machine—as they do on a Box: Real-time data, interactivity, low-code design, and flexible data connectivity are fully preserved. This is a valuable complement to the Box, especially for larger rollouts, projects with specific hardware requirements, or centralized management.
The central platform for all Peakboard applications: manage devices, store and archive data, and execute logic centrally. Individual Peakboard boxes can alsooperate independently—but as soon as multiple devices, multiple locations, or new data to be collected are added, the Peakboard Hub takes over as the central system layer.
On-premises as the standard—no cloud mandate, no dependence on the U.S., no vendor lock-in via external infrastructure.
SAP-certified connector and native connections to machines and IT systems, ready for immediate use.
You can customize the layout, data, and logic yourself—without any coding knowledge.
Device-based licensing model instead of per-user pricing—costs remain predictable as you scale.

Peakbot turns a brief description into a complete Peakboard project. Existing applications can be customized using prompts. Unlike a generic AI web app, the result runs continuously on the desktop rather than in a browser tab, is directly connected to real production data (SAP, OPC UA, PLC), and can be maintained and further developed by the team in the Designer.
Peakboard provides out-of-the-box support for over 100 native connectors: SAP-certified connectors (EWM, ECC, MES, S/4HANA), machine connectivity via OPC UA, MQTT, Siemens S7, Beckhoff, Rockwell, and Modbus, plus extensions such as Dataverse, Tableau, and ChatGPT, as well as industrial hardware like scanners, printers, scales, and panel PCs. The integration is achieved without a traditional integration project.
Peakboard Designer is available for free indefinitely, with no time limit. Licenses are device-based: starting at €49/month (BYOD Pro), starting at €59/month (Box), and Enterprise plans starting at €7 9 or €89/month. For the Peakboard Hub, there is a permanently free online Starter plan for up to 5 connected devices. For larger setups or the Peakboard Hub On Prem, there is a free 6-month trial period.

Filling levels, machine status, and production progress for the packaging line, all on a single dashboard.

All Lean metrics at a glance—reduce waste, identify bottlenecks early.
Incomplete data on package volume and size led to overstaffing at the packing stations. With Peakboard, a dashboard was created using data from SAP and material flow computers to enable precise forecasts.
Flexible, customizable Andon boards replaced a maintenance-intensive in-house solution—enabling real-time visualization and synchronization of assembly, warehousing, and logistics.
Transparency regarding workloads in the high-bay warehouse, order picking, and warehouse control center—dashboards displayed across three monitors, project implementation in just a few weeks.
12 Peakboard boxes connected to 65-inch touch displays across manufacturing, packaging, QA, and assembly, centrally managed via the Peakboard Hub—four weeks from hardware purchase to productive use.
