Our aluminium round pipes (Ø28 mm) are PE-coated or anodised. They are available in different wall thicknesses for higher load-bearing capacities and can be connected with all Ø28 mm steel joints or via (special) internal clamping aluminium pipe joints.

Aluminium round pipes with profile (Ø28 mm)

Our aluminium round pipes with profile (Ø28 mm) have a PE-coated surface and are suitable for the construction of simple angle constructions. The profile pipes are available with different wall thicknesses for higher load-bearing capacities, as a heavy-duty variant (reinforced by internal ribs) and as a double pipe variant. Due to the lateral profile, no twisting of the pipes is possible.

Aluminium double pipe with profile (Ø28 mm)

Our aluminium double pipes (Ø28 mm) are a good option for large spans and high loads. They have a PE-coated surface and are available with different wall thicknesses and load-bearing capacities. Double pipes have a significantly higher load-bearing capacity compared to simple aluminium pipes. Due to the lateral profile, no twisting of the pipes is possible.

Aluminium round pipes with profile (Ø43 mm)

The aluminium profile pipe with 43 mm diameter is PE-coated and offers the highest stability compared to the Ø28 mm series. Therefore, the profile pipes are suitable for particularly stable constructions made of aluminium. Due to the lateral profile, no twisting of the pipes is possible.

Aluminium pipe joint

To turn individual pipes into stable and powerful pipe constructions, G.S. ACE offers a very flexible system of joints that have been specially developed for aluminium pipes. This allows very large pull-out and holding forces of over 80 kg to be achieved.

Depending on the application and your preference, you can choose between internal and external clamp joints:

External crawling

External pipe fittings for clamping made of aluminum are placed around the aluminum round pipe with a profile (Ø28 mm) or are tightened onto the profile holder. This provides greater flexibility while simultaneously preventing possible twisting of the pipe.

The internal tightening of aluminum pipe joints has the same outer diameter as the aluminum pipe itself and tightens it from the inside.
