What is Cardboard Engineering?

Cardboard Engineering is a Lean method for modeling workplace systems and other Lean solutions. The method is used in Lean Management workshops to experience and try out Lean principles, new workflows and processes. Cardboard models are also used to improve ergonomics at the workplace.

BEECardboard - The modular system for cardboard engineering.

With the BEECardboard pipe racking system made of Ø28 mm cardboard pipes and plastic pipe joints, you can plan, simulate and test new workplace systems and production processes individually, cost-effectively and creatively as a team. This gives you a perfect model (scale 1:1) for rebuilding the ideal solution from round steel pipes or round aluminum pipes.

Additional accessories such as corner joints made of plastic, cardboard angles 40x40 mm (as a substitute for roller tracks) rollers and cardboard plates complete the BEECardboard system. Steel connectors (Ø28 mm) can also be used to connect the cardboard pipes.

Our cardboard pipes with a diameter of 28mm are stable in shape and can be easily and quickly adjusted in length with a knife. The length of the pipes is 2m.
